This building, designed by architect Hans Thyselius, was once home to Centralmejeriet (the Central Dairy). The business was founded in 1907 and was originally located on Amiralsgatan 8. Once the company expanded, they needed their own premises, which they found here on Kristianstadsgatan in 1923. The company sold and distributed dairy products through their own stores throughout Malmö. In more recent times, this location has housed a cinema and Caf Glassfabriken.
