In the 1970s, Eva Remeaus (1950 1993) lived at Föreningsgatan 57. The much-loved actress is possibly best remembered for her musical performance in "Sven Klang's Quintet", first on-stage then on film (the film has been voted one of the best 25 Swedish films of all-time.) Her other on-stage musical roles include Polly Peachum in The Threepenny Opera and Sally Bowles in Cabaret, and she was a significant figure in both the Oktober musical theatre group and Tältprojektet ( The Tent Project ). Tältprojektet was a musical theater performance that toured Sweden in 1977. Held in a huge circus tent, it told the history of the Swedish working class and played to over 100,000 people over just one summer. Eva first found fame singing and acting in the cult TV series Fem myror är fler än fyra elefanter ( Five ants are more than four elephants ) where she both sang and acted. In 2006, it was named best Swedish children's program of all time by Folktoppen.
