We met at Botufplatsen.
We met at Botufplatsen. She was from out of town and we were on our way to meet a mutual friend. While we were waiting for a taxi, I said something getting a bite to eat before the journey. Would the lady also like something to eat? I asked Yes, she said I went off and bought a falafel and came back to my new companion. When I sat down, she took the food out of my hand and started eating. She wolfed the whole thing down in no time. When she was finished, she turned and asked if I wasn t getting any food. I replied that she had just eaten it. That was the first time we saw each other, and despite that we still enjoy each other s company today. The name Botulfsplatsen derives from St Botulf s church, which stood here in the middle ages. At the start of the 1900s, there was a residence with an interior garden. The square was opened up between 1933 and 1967, before eventually becoming a hub for bus traffic.
